How to Calculate?

• For example: If you are 1 vehicle + 1 driver/rider + 1 passenger in a group of 6 vehicles, you pay (A)+(B) =USD 828+USD 98 = USD 926 in total.

If you would like to secure a place for this tour, you can pay us 30% of the total payment as a deposit now, and the deposit will be FULLY REFUNDED to you if we cannot manage to form a group of more than three vehicles one month before the date of entry. However, you can also transfer the deposit to another tour that may be suitable for you. The advantages of booking a tour early:

1. Secure a place in advance.
2. Easier to attract more travelers to form a bigger group to make the price lower.
3. 3-5% discount for early-bird booking. (3 months earlier = 3% discount, 4 months earlier = 4% discount, 5 months earlier = 5% discount.)

Note: The 30% deposit amount when you book this tour does not affect the final price. Your total cost will be determined by the final group size when we stop accepting additional vehicles.

2. All necessary Paperwork/Permits for the overland tour through China.
3. Border crossing formalities(import & export): Customs clearance, China inspection and quarantine for your vehicle.
4. Temporary Chinese driver’s licenses for drivers and temporary Chinese license plate for all vehicles.
5. All costs for an English-speaking tour guide. (The tour guide will travel in one of the customers’ vehicles in the group, otherwise, a Chinese support car will be required, and it will make the price higher.)
6. Basic mandatory liability insurance for traffic accidents for your vehicle. (It is a third-party insurance)
7. Basic travel insurance for all travellers.
8. Agency service fees for information consulting, paperwork application, tour organizing and coordinating, document translation, and government taxes, etc.
